Bloody Red Chair

Tuesday, November 08, 2005

I am still really cheesed off with the level of support I have not received from Red Chair software with regards to the annihilation of my iPods.

I have managed to get all the relevant paperwork to Apple and a courier box is on it's way so I can send my Nano back but sadly my 20 Gb 3G is no more :( (This is no actual guarantee that my Nano will be replaced).

Red Chair (Anapod) only actually gave me a notification of my complaint when I logged into their site - and all they had to offer me was a new activation code for my new music player when I get one!

What fucking point is there in doing that?

If their software fucked up my iPod in the first place, are they mad enough to think I'd be happy to let it destroy my new iPod? If I manage to get any replacement it's going nowhere near Anapod! Do they think I am mad?

I am now fighting with Anapod for compensation as I am totally pissed off that I have lost both devices.

To be fair my Nano gets most use when I am out and about at the weekend so I have not really missed it yet. I do however really miss my 20 Gb as it usually sits in the glove box, iTrip attached, keeping me seine on the way in and out of work (and no Luke that is not why I have been in a foul mood at the office). Now I have to listen to the radio!

:(

If anyone would like to donate a 20 Gb iPod I would be very very grateful ;)

Some good news (obscure link coming up) is that my podcast has been awarded 5 Stars at Pod Spider ;) Thanks guys!
