I could write lots about the latest screen shots of Vista Formerly Known as Schlonghorn (or VFKaS) but I am not going to because I think it's pointless.
Yes well all know it looks like Tiger, yes we all know it'll work like Tiger (I said like not exactly like), yes we know the Apple community will be up in arms about it and yes the Microsnot community will waste breath defending it. What puzzles me is why any of us are really that surprised anymore?
I am amazed that the beta is a 2 Gb file but the rest; not so...
As long as there have been computers someone has had an idea and someone else has plagiarised it. OK it is mainly Microsnot plagiarising Apple but shouldn't this mean we are immune to this behaviour by now?
Why does Microsnot constantly get away with it? If I plagiarised some text I'd be sent to court - how come God Gates gets off scot. free? Who is he fingering?
Oh well the debate will run and run but all I say is ho hum. I prefer Apple, I adore my iBook and Tiger is a superior OS. If Microsnot once again decide to plagiarise ideas from someone else because they cannot think of their own; then so be it. At least it proves Apple (unlike Microsnot) get it right.
And whilst I am on my high horse, what's with all these Chav ridden men wearing charity "bracelets"? They wouldn't been see dead wearing charitable ribbons or actual bracelets, so why is a bit of rubbery plastic more appealing? Why do certain people feel the need to advertise that they have donated a piddly amount to charity? Why not make a decent donation and be proud. Who needs to know? Honestly!
