NOT AFRAID

I have to say that some of these "creations" may not be terribly original but at least it proves in the face of all adversity, us British have a sense of humour!
I hope you observed the two minute silence today?
I don't think I could any more to the wealth of news from today. Lots seems to be kicking off in the UK, the Metropolitan Police enquiry is moving at a blistering pace and as I said yesterday, the news is now a mix of praise, concern, speculation and backlash.
I just hope that all the efforts of the security services come to fruition and I hope that the media doesn't create some mini civil war with it's subjective labelling.
Oh a lighter note, I am not sure that I mentioned Richard bought a bird table for our garden? I had been planning to help out the local wildlife for some time and the bird table is a welcome addition to the garden. It attracts a lot of visitors including Jays', Wood Pigeons, Collared Doves, Robins, Wrens, Blue Tits and Grey Tits. Sadly though, my morning trip to top up the seed led me into the path of some poor grey tit fledgeling which had "met it's maker last night". The neighbours cat had got to it, looks like I'll be in the toy shop at the weekend buying a Super Soaker to stop the little bastard!
Brandy and Jerry are not any trouble as they are house cats, though the bird table does provide them with endless hours of amusement. I guess it must be like television for cats (although Brandy actually does like to watch TV!).
Oh well it's nearly the weekend, the weather is hot and so is Zeb Atlas. How could I not share him with you all? What is a (Trunk) Guy to do eh? ;)
