Well this will be the last entry for a while as we are heading down south tomorrow evening for our pre Christmas trip (no we are not staying for long, just a couple of days).Annoyingly it's been brought forward by a week which has brought on some complications (not being able to see my god daughter and Richard not being able to see his mum), but I guess that cannot be helped.
My mum had another series of tests today and sounded rather shaken earlier so it's probably just as well I am going to be there tomorrow so I can assess the situation.It will possibly feel a bit odd as I know when we return we won't be down there until after Christmas. It's not my first Christmas away from my family but it's the first where I have chosen to be away.
Since moving from Devon I have always been at someone's family (mine, my ex's etc) but this year Richard and I are spending it at ours; alone. We want it this way. It'll be far more relaxing.
Sometimes I do wonder if certain people actually notice how busy we really are!
Anyway I don't want to sound bitter. I'll leave on a high note and post another hunk for you to ogle. Hopefully this guy will be meaty enough to last right through the weekend. I think he's called Alex Wilcox, I have now idea who he is or what he does and as usual I don't care - the window dressing is more than enough!
