Richard recorded Jack Dee Live at the Apollo this weekend and I am so glad he did. It's something that I have not seen advertised but was grateful for Richard's deft use of the recorder!Anyway Jack Dee was his usual funny cutting self but his guest produced the best laugh I have had in ages. Who was it? None other than Joan Rivers.
My god she was so funny, so cutting, so bitchy and so quick. I have always been a fan and have not seen her do stand up for years. Her material was superb. We were in tears.
