Looks like I am going to have another summer of great music courtesy of the BBC. The Proms is a great British institution and I am looking forward to this years season of "East meets West" plus the tributes to Dvorak.

musicmobs.com :: music intelligence

You know it seems like my blog is turning out to be a record of what I do online! This isn't what I intended but hey it's another use for it!

I guess it also keeps me from loosing track of where I have visited.

Anyway, have you ever wondered if someone shares a similar interest in music to you? You can use a service called musicmobs.com, which enables you to upload your iPod library or enter your favourite artists or songs and then macthes you to people with similar tastes.

It's a great way of finding out about new music and discussing your interests.

I was searching around for odd bits and pieces and came across the Gay Porn Blog - you will note I did not say I went looking for this specifically!

I have not been too busy today so have spent it wandering around the web trying out new things...

I did investigate MoBlog UK yesterday and have been busy uploading nothing of interest...

I guess all I need to do know is work out what I need all this web space for!

Part of my tribe?

I came across Tribe which is quite interesting. It's like a meeting place, chat room, notice board, photo album and web spaces all rolled into one.

I am not sure how often I will use my account but anything is worth a try isn't it?

Not much to ramble about...

I have not made much of an effort to update my Blog of late - probably because I haven't felt that there has been much to say!

This is what has been happening in my world recently:

a) We attended an electro-synth concert at the National Space Centre which was dire - the centre was interesting but that was about it!

b) Last weekend was spent breaking our backs trying to tidy up our garden!

c) I purchased an iPod - which seems to have consumed an awful lot of time. That said this has to be the best "gadget" I have purchased. In fact it's so good I am ashamed to call it a gadget. I have managed to put 7Gb of music (or nearly 6 days) onto my iPod and am happy with the clarity, the OS, the functionality and the down right sexiness of it ;) I am also a signed up member of the iPodLounge now ;)

d) My two favourite recording artists release new albums; Janet Releases "Damita Jo" which gets little press coverage which is a shame as it is a killer album. Prince releases "Musicology" in a blaze of press and good reviews and I reckon it has to be the worst thing he has ever recorded!

e) There is another Trunk Guy blog online, but this one is updated via my Sony Z600 mobile.

Hey - maybe I might just do weekly updates like this - what do you think?

Just discovered Gay Pimp and thought I should share it with you guys!

The video's are quite funny- very tongue in cheek - oooer!

Soccer Practice is very funny (and the soccer guy is very cute ;) )

Lookin' Cute is also quite fun.
